I. Wait Patiently – The Screen will Auto Resume after some Time – Task Manager
My experienced was to spare some time surfing through the net while wait patiently for the screen to auto resume by itself. In the mean time, I can still open the IE or Chrome browser through the task manager.

Steps guidelines to open IE / Chrome browser through Task Manager
Step 1: Ctrl + Shift + ESC or Ctrl + Alt + Del
Step 2: File > Run new task
Step 3: Type chrome.exe or iexplorer.exe
Step 4: Click OK

II. After Screen Resume – Change Display settings

Steps guidelines to change display settings
Step 1: Right click on desktop and locate for Display settings (click on it)
