(1) Heading to Shinkong Mitsukoshi (新光三越)
Coincidence there was Japanese Food Expo on top of this mall. However, we were not fancy about the japanese foods in the fair. The mall was big and we shopped without purposed. Not the recommended travel spot if your intention just to enjoy the scenery & relaxation.

Taipei 101 just a walking distance from Shinkong Mitsukoshi. We took lunch at Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐) located in Taipei 101. Don’t get shocked with the long queue, it only took us around 30mins waiting time. The pre-ordered foods served almost immediately after we took our seat.
(3) Heading to Chia Te Bakery (佳德糕餅)
I never missed to buy the each day fresh bake famous Pineapple Cake & Sun Cake at Chia Te Bakery each time travel to Taipei. However, it is now available at selected 7-11 convenient store without visiting to the main bakery shop if you do not mind it is not daily fresh bake.
